You missed the point. It's not a contradiction just because you decide to omit half of the verse. You can't logically pick a part where David says something or a group of people say something and attribute that saying to "God says..."

No Christians don't love their religion. We love Jesus. Big difference between a Christian and a Saved Christian.

As for Christians picking and choosing what to obey.........very true. We all sin. It's in our nature to reject God. The only difference is forgiveness. Don't you feel the Holy Spirit tugging at your heart?

There's a notable difference between the actions of Saul before he was converted and the Christian Paul. If Saul said something that contradicted Jesus then we go with what Jesus said......always.

You can't honestly cite Jezebel and compare her sayings to a New Testament Jesus saying and call that a contradiction. You have to take the WHOLE word of God into account.

It's obvious that you think the bible was created by humans without the hand of God present. So I challenge you to make your own bible about the great and powerful Flying Spaghetti Monster and let's see if you can make it perfect and infallable to at least the degree that the KJV is. You can't do it. This is your chance to prove that a bible can be manufactured by only humans. Make only one book if you wish (not 66 books).
