God didn't make a Jesus like he made an Adam or a Malachi. Without Mary, there'd be no Jesus, and that's the law according to his Intelligent Design.
Now--we have another peculiar situation that God created that today's evangelical fundies are totally against: two dads.
But isn't that what Jesus had? If God f*ked Mary and abandoned the kid, the kid was a bastard who could use an adoptive father like Joseph. Joseph is regarded as Jesus' adoptive father, but only Joseph could claim a bloodline to David--not Jesus.
Today a fundie shot back at me that the lineage was more probably via Mary's bloodline, not Joseph's and what THAT does is call Matthew a liar.
There is a third option that gay guys would embrace, I'm sure:
1) Jesus wasn't abandoned;
2) Jesus still had an adoptive dad
3) Therefore JESUS HAD TWO DADS.
In the OT, God never had a problem with two or more moms, so it stands to good reason that he doesn't have a problem with two dads, either.
