Note that a full quote of Job 38:7 reads, "When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?" The SAB doesn't point out the scientific problem that stars don't sing; why? I assume it's because Wells recognizes that this is meant to be poetic language. Significant? Yes, because the Bible often calls angels "stars". The "morning stars" in this verse are not literal celestial objects, but rather angels, that did exist before the world was created.
