I would expect to find something about this listed prominently in contradictions, but if it is there, I missed it. The closest I could find was "How many sons did God have?" which does not really speak to the point Raphjd was making. So my questions (not rhetorical): - How many times does Jesus say he IS the son of god? - how many times does Jesus say he IS NOT the son of god? - if Jesus contradicts himself on this point, does the SAB flag it? If not, why not? - if Jesus contradicts others on this point, does the SAB flag it? If not, why not?

Posts: 2169 12/23/05 17:29:10	I can't remember the actual answer right now {too much christmas cheer as it were} but it was something like 100 points where others said he was the son of god vs him saying he wasn't about 30 times. One of the main ones that sticks out is when Jesus was on trial before the Jewish elders and they said {paraphrase} "So you are the son of god?" To which Jesus replied "So you say/claim". From memory, others claim that Jesus is the son of god {most}, then Jesus denies being the son of god {low middle} then Jesus claims t be the son of god {extremely low}. Out of Jesus' mouth it's like; 30 to 1 he claims he's not or that he says "so others {you} claim" vs him claiming to be the son of god.
