I don't see a contradiction in these Bible verses. Let's say that I am married and that I am faithful to my wife. You could then say that in matters of infidelity I can't be tempted. Now suppose a woman tries to seduce me, and I turn her down. You can then say she tempted me, but I turned her down because when it comes to infidelity,I can't be tempted (successfully). This is not a contradiction, but merely a question of semantics.
