You are correct Jeff. Like anything that is established with an earthly nature, it will weaken or decrease or be destroyed with time. Jesus' wisdom is Godly wisdom and not of this world. Matthew 6:18-21 states, "Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:
But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
Even though Solomon was given a greater measure, it was still earthly. Nothing established here is intended to last forever.
Heaven and earth will pass away, but God's words is the only thing that will never pass away.Matthew 24:34-36 Jesus is the word and his wisdom is not of this earth.
