I agree with Waterrock and I now remember having discussed this alleged contradiction in Bible study. Like some other 'contradictions', it is a pointless and argumentative listing with very little substance. Better spend time on the really crucial ones.
This particular 'contradiction' reminds me very much of the silliness described by Paul in Titus 3:9 _ "But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain." Not because it is sinful, notably, but because it is useless.
