Once they arrive there, yes. But here on earth, a person can go from being non-reprobate (i.e., potentially capable of repentance) to being reprobate.

Reprobation is a condition of the soul -- something which only God sees and which only God can equitably judge. I tend to assume that there is hope for everyone.

I hope not. I don't think you are. I remember a manticore in Xanth that asked a wizard if he (the manticore) had a soul or not. The wizard replied that only creatures with souls are worried about such things. In some roundabout way that seems relevant. I think there's hope for you. I don't think you will ever become an inerrantist, but I hope that you will become a Christian.

This prett much describes a close member of my family who has been diagnosed with clinical depression. The cause is an imbalance in brain chemicals. This has been restored by drugs, not magic.

Hmmmmmm, after reading all of this I figured that someone would have added the fact of who GOD is!

Go to a parking garage or the highest building in your area. STAND on the roof. Look straight out and closely observe your area, your surroundings. Take a moment to compare yourself to your visual area. Notice how small you are compared to the size of your surroundings. The world is HUGE!!! And there another 6 billion more souls like you out there! With there own personalities, there own opinions, and there own customs. How do you think they got that astronomical uniqueness? Again the earth around is even better then what you can see if you was in the sky, it would appear GIGANTIC in your sight your mind would blow! So you still think that GOD would place all that energy into sooooo much even the Atoms that make up you, the entire world and all the air in it! and be able to control even the quarks that make up the atom then all at the same time memorize, JUDGE, and understand every animal, insect, & the 6 billion different types of personalities in the entire world every 24/7/365 cycle that occurred since the beginning would actually want us to be placed all to burn because we failed to understand something that was to say I believe that GOD IS real then to think that GOD would burn us. FOR WHAT??? WHY???? Because we lacked enough evidence of his love and only had enough to convince us that he would never forgive us or to be convinced that GOD didnt exist. Something in your head has to sound logical enough to have a believable conclusion about something you think you understand. People are only comfortable with what they know and nervous of what they dont know. Something convinces people to think what ever about GOD and be comfortable about it. WHY is that??!!! Its about there conclusive knowledge of the particular subject. In other words "Hey thats enough information for me not to ask any further questions or information about it and I believe what I know with the information I do know, I have my UNDERSTANDING about it" Again in other words, "Obviously 2+2=4 because I know what those values are and I know what they equal to so I believe that mathematical equation is correct. I am comfortable with that answer because I know its right.

So think again when you assume something you THINK you know about. But I KNOW!! That GOD IS LOVE!! And he wouldnt!! Wouldnt burn SOULS that he created woven out of light.

THE DEVIL IS A LIER!! He will use any form of LOGIC or PHILOSOPHY to prove that GOD isnt what he seems to be.

GOD IS THE JUST, THE BEGINNING & END AND THE LAW THAT MAKES THE BEGINNING & END AS A CAUSE FROM A PROPER REASON. An OMNIPOTENT SPIRIT OF LOVE AND GRATITUDE OF HIS WONDERFUL ART OF EXPRESSION, HIS POETIC ARTISTRY OF EVERYTHING BEYOND OF WHAT I AM ABLE TO SAY IN WORDS, THINGS THAT ARE FAVORABLE IN HIS SIGHT & OF HIS IMAGE. You all think about that..... It's actually quite small compared to the sun and Jupiter. It only seems huge to you because you are much smaller than it.

Yeah, that does seem silly doesn't it. I ask Christians this all the time. Why does god create billions of people only to end up having to send most of them to etrrnal torture simply because they decided they didn't want to spend their lives telling him how wonderful he is, especially since he supposedly designed us and KNOWS that we will make this choice. The hell story is silly. But, it is in the bible, so I can understand why Christians believe it. But, since I don't trust the bible, I think the hell story is bogus.

But there is a difference. Christians believe in god even though they cannot prove god exists. We can prove that 2+2 = 4. Christians invoke "faith" regarding their beliefs, which proves they have no proof, where faith is unecessary in mathematical calulations.

I like #12 on the list of symptoms when one has committed the unforgiveable sin. "Physical Death... sometime in the future."

If someone can name a condition that doesn't eventually lead to death, I'd like to hear about it.

Logically, the only way to make sense of the world is through the bible. A mind boggling question, that most humans will stumble upon sometime in life is this, "I wonder when time started". According to the bible, God has always been and always will be. So even though that sounds illlogical to any human, it gives a perfect explaination of how time began. Time began when God created it, and before-hand, God infinitly existed. So when people say that there is no possible way there can be a God, its impossible. Just have them realize that there must have been something logically impossible to have occured sometime in the past, or else life as we know it would not exist.

My explaination may sound confusing to some. If you do not understand it I am very sorry.

It's not that hard to understand...First of all, we ALL deserve an eternity in hell. Whether you like it or not, you were born a sinner. I doesn't matter if you killed 100 people, or said the Lord's name is vain just once. Without forgiveness, you will spend eternity in a lake of fire.

Secondly, ALL sins are blasphemy against the holy spirit! Every single one. God is 100% just at all times, he doesn't pick and choose which sins are greater than others. Everyone will get the same eternal punishment.

Thirdly, there is no sin that cannot be forgiven. Repeat, there is no sin that cannot be forgiven. It clearly says in the bible that once a sin is forgiven by God, he has forgotten all about it. Eternal punishment is reserved for the "Devil and His Angels" otherwise known as those who die in their sins
