Clearly a false messiah is misquoting the rules about the Sabbath, possibly for his own agenda. Maybe he just misunderstood.

The OT rules for the Sabbath are clearly not to benefit Man. If it were, at least the non-Hebrew slaves and women could cook and do work, while the mens rested.
