It doesn't matter if nose hairs are involved in a sin or not. Jesus was talking cause and effect. If it's not even theoretically for a hand or eye to cause you to sin then there's no point in Jesus even bringing it up. I can only conclude that Jesus brought it up because it could happen. I figure Jesus wanted to teach people how to properly live their lives, not blather on about what to do in situations that can never arise.
If God wanted us to be Atheists we'd be born that way.
