I'll gloss over Waterrock's scientific ineptitude here, quarks are not eternal and can be annihilated in a collision with an anti-quark liberating energy. So they do not have the properties that would justify an analogy with his beliefs about the soul.

Your ideas are not based in objective reality. They are not testable, verifiable or observable. They cannot therefore be distinguished from fiction or superstition.
