I'm also searching for passages which contradict these. For example, (1) is contradicted by the fact that God commands the Israelites to massacre the Amekelites, (2) by the fact that he can't defeat iron chariots and (3) by the fact that he can't find Adam and Eve in the garden.

According to this, Nehemiah's list should contain fewer people, as some never arrived - for whatever reason -, but this is not the case.
